Argus Corporate Partners Pty Ltd understands the many complexities of ensuring ongoing compliance and meeting regulatory obligations.
We believe in establishing long-term relationships with our clients which allows us to provide tailored outcomes for them, whether they are a listed or unlisted company.
Our core business is providing a range of company secretarial, accounting, compliance and corporate administration services for both private and public companies listed or seeking to list on Australian exchanges.
In addition to the compliance and regulatory services, we also provide services in managing an IPO, secondary capital raisings such as placements and entitlements offers, or providing mergers and acquisition advice.
Principal Ben Donovan is a chartered secretary and member of the Governance Institute of Australia and provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services to a number of companies. Ben is currently a company secretary of several ASX listed and public unlisted companies and has gained experience across resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries.
He has extensive experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the ASX in Perth for nearly three years, where he managed the listing of nearly 100 companies on the ASX.
In addition, Ben has experience in the capital markets having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving an initial listing on the ASX, as well as for a period of time, as a private client adviser at a boutique stock broking group.
Katrina is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Finance IT Systems.
Katrina has worked in Public Practice and Commercial positions within Australia and London (UK).
Having held senior positions in a variety of industries including property, finance, logistics, maintenance/engineering, Katrina has considerable experience in financial reporting and compliance requirements of companies. Most recently she has held positions in the mining industry for a total of 10 years including BHP, S32 & Roy Hill.
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial & Management Accounting) – University of Newcastle 2004, and has been a member of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia since 2009.
As Manager of Accounting and Finance at Argus Corporate Partners, Katrina is responsible for ensuring clients maintain accurate financial record keeping and meet their regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
Asha started with Argus Corporate Partners in 2022 as an Executive Assistant and Client Services Manager.
Asha has had over 3 years experience in the listed company, finance and resources sectors, working closely with the executive management teams of multiple ASX listed companies.
At Argus Corporate Partners, Asha is responsible for client administration, finances, operations and execution.
Asha also oversees the efficient running of the business on a day to day basis and assists with client queries.
